Nerf Bsurge
Srsly.... bsurge is od. It's one of the reasons why there are a lot more spellcasters nowadays...
It's ridiculous and to use the build... well it doesn't require skill. It's basically spam bsurge and if rupted, run in a circle till bsurge is recharged. I mean, all I'm asking is to nerf bsurge in pvp to the point where ppl won't be using it as often in. Search function ftw. Someone has asked this same thing endlessly, and ANet has already slightly nerfed it. I doubt that something more will happen.
